Changing Seasons
Tuesday, November 29th, 2011Fun in the sun
Thursday, September 1st, 2011As the glorious weather continues, with the odd interruption, I have been making the most of the sunshine by spending as much time in the park as is humanly possible. I’ve jumped at every possible opportunity to spend time outside, top up my tan and bask in the general well-being which a bit of sunshine brings. (more…)
Walk into the Summer
Monday, July 4th, 2011As this glorious early Summer weather looks like it will never end, I have been busy walking myself fit for my beach holiday. Winter Running Warmers
Friday, March 25th, 2011English weather. It can be a bit rubbish sometimes, can’t it? Much as we’d all like the English climate to have more in common with the South of France than the North Pole, the challenges of exercising in England can also bring unexpected delights. (more…)
Military Fitness: Getting back in the saddle
Tuesday, March 15th, 2011I was having one of those days. Nothing was going right at work, I had consumed my body weight in biscuits, got stuck on the tube on the way home and argued with my boyfriend. Grrr…. Why was I feeling so rubbish? (more…)
